Your Responsibilities

• Support the Junior Kitchen Manager and oversee daily operations in your section.
• Ensure efficiency and compliance with food safety policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety regulations.

More Information

This is a 35-hour role, working on a rota of 5 days over 7, including weekends, with pay received fortnightly. Flexibility is key to meet the needs of our business and support your team.

If you're over 18 and relocating to the area, live-in accommodation may be available, subject to a DBS check.

About You

We’re looking for someone with experience in a similar role within a high-volume environment. If you’re eager to step up in your kitchen career, we want to hear from you!

While a Level 3 Food Safety qualification is desirable, what matters most is your ability to lead a team in delivering high standards in a fast-paced kitchen. You should be hardworking, reliable, and always looking for ways to improve our brand standards.
