As a Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll be at the forefront of vehicle maintenance, bringing your expertise directly to our customers—whether they’re at home or at work. With a competitive base salary of £38,625 and the potential to earn up to £55,000 (including London Weighting Allowance, if applicable), your journey starts here!
Your Role
As a Mobile Mechanic, you’ll enjoy:
- Independence: Work outside the traditional garage environment, delivering first-class service wherever you go.
- Support: We provide you with your own RAC van, fuel card, full uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit from day one.
- Flexibility: A 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5 pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.

Qualifications Needed
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician with a range of light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
