Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team to deliver exceptional service across multiple sites. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and undertaking repairs.
- Liaising with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met.
- Building strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.
- Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed.
- Attending meetings with senior management and clients, and completing reports as required.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Have practical experience in electrical work.
- Hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification.
- Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
- Have a full driving licence.
