Are you ready to make a significant impact in the world of wastewater treatment? We’re looking for a dedicated Sub-Agent to join our dynamic team at the Severn Trent Framework based in Wanlip. This is your chance to take ownership of operational resources while ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery in a collaborative environment.

Location & Hours

Location: Wanlip

Hours: 45 hours per week - some flexibility available! Just let us know your preferences when we chat.

Your Responsibilities

As a Sub-Agent, you will play a vital role in our project team, supporting the delivery of high-quality infrastructure works. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and monitoring Health & Safety policies and Business Assurance Systems.
• Managing and monitoring sub-contractor performance to ensure works meet specifications.
• Overseeing site engineers and quality assurance processes, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.
• Coordinating labour, plant, materials, and supply chain resources while maintaining accurate records.
• Implementing daily activities in line with the main programme and identifying opportunities for improvement.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You hold a relevant qualification (Management qualification, NVQ Level 3, HNC, or Degree).
• You have a proven track record in successfully managing projects with excellent organisational and commercial awareness.
• You possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a proactive approach.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a collaborative and enthusiastic attitude.
• You hold SMSTS and CSCS or CPCS Card qualifications.
