About the Role
Welcome to Splash Waterworld, one of the most vibrant and exhilarating spots on our resort! Here, you’ll find thrilling flumes, high-speed slides, and a variety of swimming zones filled with guests enjoying their time. As a Lifeguard, you’ll be at the heart of the action.

Your primary mission? Ensure our guests are having a fantastic time while keeping everyone safe in and around the pool. This role is far from mundane! Whether you’re supervising the slides, monitoring the wave pool, or leading poolside activities, you’ll be creating unforgettable moments and building genuine connections with our guests.

At Butlin’s, every day is unique. From welcoming families during school holidays to hosting guests on our adult-only Big Weekenders, you’ll be part of one of the busiest teams on the resort, helping to keep the fun flowing all year round.

The Details:

• Full-time role
• 35 hours per week, spread across 5 days out of 7
• Includes evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodation available for those relocating

About You

We’re on the lookout for energetic, responsible individuals who thrive in social settings. If you stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and work well in a team, we want to hear from you! This role can be busy and physically demanding, so being alert, active, and ready to dive in is essential.

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be a strong and confident swimmer
• Be aged 18 or over
• Exhibit excellent awareness and attention to detail
• Be confident in responding to emergency situations

No NPLQ? No problem! If you have the right attitude and strong swimming skills, we’ll support you in obtaining your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification before you start.

While previous experience in leisure, hospitality, or a waterpark environment is a plus, we’re primarily looking for individuals with the right energy, personality, and passion for guest experience. If this sounds like you, take the plunge and join us!
