About the Role

In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the chance to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay. As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld, overseeing the pool and flumes.

Safety is our top priority, so we’re seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, helping to craft memorable moments for our guests.

About You

Are you a spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives in a lively environment? If you love learning new things and working alongside a team of like-minded individuals, this role is perfect for you!

As a Team Member Plus, your week will be varied: you’ll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning our accommodations, and the rest of your hours will be spent as a lifeguard. No two days will be the same, and you’ll enjoy the diversity of working with different team members and guests.

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need by enrolling you in the NPLQ course. Plus, if selected, you’ll complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
