Your Mission

Your primary mission will be to provide top-notch support for Sysco France's IT technology services across various sites in your designated region. You'll be the go-to expert for ensuring our technology runs smoothly and efficiently!

Key Responsibilities

As a Services Engineer, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional technical support to Sysco's operating sites in your region.
  • Ensure compliance with IT standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the inventory of IT assets accurately.
  • Diagnose incidents and assess their criticality to implement effective action plans.
  • Contribute to our knowledge base by documenting incidents and solutions.
  • Perform on-site preventive maintenance to keep our systems running smoothly.
  • Engage in daily Agile meetings (Kanban) to manage backlogs and track ongoing projects.
  • Deploy and coordinate technological advancements aligned with the Group’s goals.
  • Plan your daily tasks based on priorities to maximize efficiency.
