Position Details

• Location: Central London
• Contract: Full Time, Permanent (Flexible and part-time hours available upon request)
• Note: We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship for this role.

Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role within our Commercial team, initially focusing on a prestigious large-scale project in London. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing commercial input, including financial and contractual performance forecasts to the management team, ensuring business targets and KPIs are exceeded.
• Preparing monthly cost/value reports and collaborating with contract team members to review results and identify trends.
• Producing commercial reports and analyzing results with the team.
• Conducting physical measurements of works and agreeing on these with clients and subcontractors.
• Managing the certification and payment of subcontractor accounts, monitoring them against forecasts.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

• Hold a Full UK Driver's Licence.
• Are educated to Degree level or possess equivalent experience.
• Have experience in a similar role.
• Possess confident IT skills, particularly in MS Office, with a strong proficiency in Excel.
