About the Role
Welcome to Splash Waterworld, the heartbeat of our resort! Here, excitement is around every corner, from thrilling flumes to high-speed slides and vibrant swimming zones. As a Lifeguard, you’ll be at the center of the action, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time while keeping safety a top priority.

This isn’t just a sit-and-stare job. You’ll be actively supervising slides, monitoring the wave pool, and leading poolside activities, all while creating unforgettable moments for our guests and building genuine connections with those around you.

At Butlin’s, every day is a new adventure. Whether you’re welcoming families during school holidays or hosting guests at our adult-only Big Weekenders, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that keeps the fun flowing all year round.

The Details:

• Full-time role
• 35 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7
• Includes evenings and weekends
• Live-in accommodation available for those relocating

About You

We’re on the lookout for energetic, responsible individuals who thrive in a lively environment. If you stay calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and enjoy teamwork, we want you on our team! This role can be busy and physically demanding, so being alert, active, and ready to dive in is essential.

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be a strong and confident swimmer
• Be aged 18 or over
• Exhibit excellent awareness and attention to detail
• Be confident in responding to emergency situations

No NPLQ? No problem! If you have the right attitude and strong swimming skills, we’ll support you in obtaining your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification before you start.

While previous experience in leisure, hospitality, or a waterpark environment is a plus, we’re primarily looking for individuals with the right energy, personality, and passion for guest experience. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Go on, take the plunge!
