Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Sysco is on the lookout for a passionate Services Engineer to join our dynamic Technology team in Pierrelatte, France. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting our End User Compute and Modern Workspaces initiatives.

Your Mission

Your primary mission will be to provide top-notch support for Sysco France's IT technology services across various sites in your designated region. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our technology runs smoothly and efficiently!

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Support: Deliver exceptional technical support to Sysco's operating sites in your region.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Ensure compliance with IT standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Asset Management: Participate in the accurate management of IT assets in your area.
  • Incident Diagnosis: Establish initial diagnoses of incidents and assess their criticality to implement effective action plans.
  • Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the knowledge base related to incidents within your scope.
  • Preventive Maintenance: Conduct on-site preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation and prevent breakdowns.
  • Agile Participation: Engage in daily Agile meetings (Kanban) and manage backlogs while following up on ongoing projects.
  • Technology Deployment: Coordinate and deploy technological developments aligned with the Group’s initiatives.
  • Prioritization: Establish your tour plan based on priorities to maximize efficiency.

  • A valid driving license.
