Your Mission
Your primary mission will be to provide top-notch support for Sysco France's IT technology services across various sites in your designated region. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring our technology runs smoothly and efficiently!
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Deliver exceptional technical support to Sysco's operating sites in your region.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure compliance with IT standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Asset Management: Participate in the accurate management of IT assets in your area.
- Incident Diagnosis: Establish initial diagnoses of incidents and assess their criticality to implement effective action plans.
- Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the knowledge base related to incidents within your scope.
- Preventive Maintenance: Conduct on-site preventive maintenance to ensure optimal operation and prevent breakdowns.
- Agile Participation: Engage in daily Agile meetings (Kanban) and manage backlogs while following up on ongoing projects.
- Technology Deployment: Coordinate and deploy technological developments aligned with the Group’s initiatives.
- Prioritization: Establish your tour plan based on priorities to maximize efficiency.
