Location: Trinity School, Lewisham
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role

As a Premises Officer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and safeguarding our school premises. You’ll work closely with the Premises Manager and school staff to ensure everything runs smoothly. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Conducting regular quality checks to uphold cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
  • Carrying out minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs and fixing leaky taps.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance issues and coordinating with external contractors for larger repairs.
  • Assisting school staff with tasks like moving furniture and mounting displays.
  • Maintaining site security by managing access and ensuring safety protocols are followed.

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for you if:

  • You have experience in premises management or facilities maintenance.
  • You understand health and safety regulations and can identify potential hazards.
  • You’re physically capable of handling tasks like moving equipment and furniture safely.
  • You’re flexible and willing to work outside regular hours when necessary.
