Are you ready to make a difference? We're on the lookout for a Site Agent to join our dynamic Southern Water team in the beautiful South East. This is your chance to play a crucial role in delivering top-notch water infrastructure projects!

Location & Hours

Location: South East - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) - We offer some flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!

Your Impact

As a Site Agent, you will be at the forefront of managing construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. You’ll be part of Kier's impressive £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership Framework, working on initiatives that enhance water safety, quality, and resilience for millions of households across the South East.

Your Responsibilities

In this exciting role, you will:

  • Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
  • Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, while keeping an eye on monthly costs.
  • Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections.
  • Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities for smooth project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You have experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
  • You can read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
  • You possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
  • You have in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
  • You hold a full driving license and are willing to travel to various construction sites.
