Location & Hours
Location: Trinity School, Lewisham
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Premises Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our school environment is safe, welcoming, and well-maintained. Your daily tasks will include:
- Conducting regular quality checks to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Carrying out minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky taps, patching walls, and repairing door hardware.
- Responding promptly to maintenance issues and coordinating with external contractors for larger repairs.
- Assisting school staff with porterage tasks, including moving furniture, mounting displays, and delivering parcels.
- Maintaining site security by opening and locking gates, patrolling the premises, and ensuring safety doors are secured.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have previous experience in premises management, facilities maintenance, or a similar role.
- You possess a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and can identify potential hazards.
- You are capable of handling physical tasks safely, including moving equipment and furniture.
- You are flexible and willing to work outside regular hours when needed.
