Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Design Manager, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality design solutions. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating design activities across multiple projects
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, design teams, and consultants
- Ensuring design compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications
- Managing design programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development
