Location & Hours

Location: South East - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to the office.

Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week) - We offer some flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!

Your Role

As a Site Agent, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional water infrastructure projects for Southern Water. You’ll be managing construction sites, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to Kier's £3.1bn Strategic Development Partnership Framework, enhancing water safety, quality, and resilience for millions of households across the South East.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Oversee all on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, timeliness, and budget adherence.
• Manage site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, while monitoring monthly costs.
• Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and local authorities for smooth project delivery.
• Maintain accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You have experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• You can read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• You possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
• You have in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
• You hold a full driving license and are willing to travel to various construction sites.
