Key Responsibilities

As a Room Leader, your role will include:

• Leading the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room.
• Creating a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children.
• Fostering a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration.
• Overseeing the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents.
• Acting as the Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children.
• Maintaining health and safety standards, ensuring a clean and secure environment.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who meets the following qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience as a Nursery Room Leader, Nursery Room Manager, or Nursery Practitioner preferred.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• A passion for fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families.
