Join Our Team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld!

Welcome to Splash Waterworld, one of the most vibrant and exhilarating spots on our resort! Here, you'll find thrilling flumes, high-speed slides, and a variety of swimming zones filled with guests enjoying their time. As a Lifeguard, you’ll be at the heart of the action!

Your role is not just about watching over the pool; it’s about ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience while staying safe. Whether you’re supervising the slides, monitoring the wave pool, or leading poolside activities, you’ll be creating memorable moments and building genuine connections with our guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all guests in and around the pool area.
• Supervise water activities and maintain a fun, engaging environment.
• Respond promptly and effectively to any emergency situations.
• Engage with guests to enhance their experience and create lasting memories.

What We’re Looking For

We want energetic, responsible individuals who thrive in a lively environment. You should be calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and work well as part of a team. This role can be busy and physically demanding, so you’ll need to be alert, active, and ready to dive in!

To join our team, you’ll need to:

• Be a strong and confident swimmer.
• Be aged 18 or over.
• Have excellent awareness and attention to detail.
• Be confident in responding to emergency situations.

No NPLQ? No problem! If you have the right attitude and strong swimming skills, we’ll support you in obtaining your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification before you start.

While previous experience in leisure, hospitality, or a waterpark environment is a plus, we’re primarily looking for individuals with the right energy, personality, and passion for guest experience. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Go on, take the plunge!
