Welcome to Splash Waterworld, one of the most exhilarating spots on our resort! Here, you’ll find thrilling flumes, high-speed slides, and a variety of swimming zones filled with guests enjoying their time. As a Lifeguard, you’ll be at the heart of the action!

Your role goes beyond just monitoring the pool; you’ll be ensuring that every guest has an unforgettable experience while keeping safety as your top priority. Whether you’re supervising the slides, watching over the wave pool, or leading poolside activities, you’ll be creating memorable moments and building genuine connections with our guests.

Your Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety and enjoyment.
• Supervise thrilling slides and the wave pool.
• Engage with guests and lead fun poolside activities.
• Respond effectively to any emergency situations.

What We’re Looking For

We want energetic, responsible individuals who thrive in a lively environment. If you stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, and work well in a team, you might be the perfect fit! Here’s what you need:

• Strong and confident swimming ability.
• Aged 18 or over.
• Excellent awareness and attention to detail.
• Confidence in responding to emergencies.

No National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ)? No problem! If you have the right attitude and swimming skills, we’ll support you in obtaining your qualification before you start.

Previous Experience

While experience in leisure, hospitality, or a waterpark environment is a plus, we’re primarily looking for individuals with the right energy, personality, and passion for guest experience. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Go on, take the plunge!

Working Conditions

• Full-time role: 35 hours per week.
• Work across 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends.
• Live-in accommodation available for those relocating.
