About the Role
As a vital part of our resort, you won’t just be confined to one department. Instead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay. Our lifeguards play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment at Splash Waterworld, where safety is our top priority.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring guest safety in the pool and on the flumes.
- Leading and supporting poolside activities to create memorable moments.
- Providing warm and engaging customer service.
- Cleaning accommodations on Mondays and Fridays.
About You
We’re looking for a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic environment. If you love learning new things and working with a like-minded team, this is the perfect role for you!
As a Team Member Plus, your days will be varied and exciting. While previous lifeguard qualifications are a plus, don’t worry if you don’t have one—we’ll provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course. If selected, you’ll also need to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:
- Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
- Treading water
- Surface diving
- Climbing out of the pool unaided
