About the Role

Are you ready to Get Stuck In? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic Team Members who thrive on creating unforgettable experiences for our guests! In this dynamic role, you’ll be working across both our accommodation and leisure departments, ensuring every guest enjoys their stay at Butlin’s.

Your journey will begin with our core leisure activities, such as archery and pottery painting, where you’ll build your confidence in guest interaction and activity delivery. As you grow in the role, you’ll have the chance to dive into larger-scale activities and sports, including:

• Football academy sessions
• High ropes adventures
• And much more!

In addition to leisure activities, you’ll support our accommodation team by preparing and cleaning rooms for arriving guests on key changeover days (Mondays and Fridays). The rest of your week will be filled with delivering and supporting activities within the sports and leisure department. No two days will be the same, and you’ll gain hands-on experience while working with diverse teams and meeting a wide range of guests.

Working Conditions

Our resorts operate seven days a week, so flexibility is essential, including evenings and weekends.

About You

We’re searching for energetic, positive individuals who love to interact with guests and bring activities to life! You’ll enjoy getting involved, learning new skills, and delivering fun, engaging experiences. While a sports coaching background is beneficial, it’s not a requirement. What truly matters is your:
