Your Role

As a vital part of our team, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic experience during their stay.

As a Lifeguard, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests enjoy a fun and safe time at Splash Waterworld. Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining a safe environment in the pool and on the flumes.
• Leading and supporting poolside activities to create unforgettable moments.
• Providing warm and engaging customer service.
• Paying excellent attention to detail to uphold safety standards.

About You

We’re looking for a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who enjoys learning and collaborating with a like-minded team. As a Team Member Plus, your week will include:

• Cleaning our accommodation on Mondays and Fridays.
• Working as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours.

No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the variety of working with diverse team members and guests!

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the training you need, including the NPLQ course. If selected, you’ll also need to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds.
• Treading water.
• Surface diving.
• Climbing out of the pool unaided.
