Our lifeguards play a crucial role in creating a fun and safe atmosphere at Splash Waterworld, and we need passionate individuals to join us!

Your Role

As a Team Member + 1, your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning our accommodations on Mondays and Fridays.
• Serving as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours.
• Leading and supporting poolside activities to create memorable moments for our guests.

No two days will be the same! You’ll enjoy the variety of working with diverse team members and interacting with guests from all walks of life.

Requirements

We’re seeking high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who are eager to learn and grow. While a previous lifeguard qualification is a plus, it’s not mandatory. If you can pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll provide you with the training needed to earn your NPLQ qualification!

Swim Test Requirements:

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
