In this dynamic role, you won’t be confined to just one department. Instead, you’ll have the chance to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay. As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a fun and safe environment at our Splash Waterworld, where safety is our top priority.

With your keen attention to detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service, you’ll lead and support poolside activities, helping to craft memorable moments for our guests.

About You

We’re looking for a spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives in a lively environment and enjoys learning new skills alongside a team of like-minded individuals.

As a Team Member Plus, your week will be varied and exciting! You’ll spend Mondays and Fridays cleaning our accommodations, and the rest of your hours will be dedicated to lifeguarding. No two days will be the same, and you’ll relish the opportunity to work with diverse team members and guests.

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career. If selected, you’ll also need to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
