Instead of being confined to one department, you’ll have the opportunity to work across various teams, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience during their stay. As a lifeguard, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and enjoyable atmosphere at our Splash Waterworld.

Safety is our top priority, so we’re seeking individuals with a keen eye for detail and a warm, engaging approach to customer service. You’ll also lead and support poolside activities, creating memorable moments for our guests!

Key Responsibilities

We’re searching for high-spirited, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning and collaborating with a dynamic team.

• Work on Mondays and Fridays cleaning our accommodations.
• Serve as a lifeguard for the remainder of your contracted hours.
• Enjoy a variety of tasks and interactions with different team members and guests.

If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry—we’ll help you get there. You’ll need to pass the Butlin’s swim test, and we’ll provide you with the training to obtain your NPLQ qualification.

Swim Test Requirement:

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
