What We Offer:

• Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £38,625, with the potential to earn up to £50,000 through bonuses and overtime.
• Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, opt to work extra days at £30 per hour. Just one extra day a month could earn you an additional £3,000 annually!
• Flexible Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.

As an RAC Mobile Mechanic in our Service, Maintenance, and Repair division, you’ll bring your expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to our customers—whether they’re at home or at work. Enjoy the freedom of working outside the traditional garage environment!

Qualifications Needed:

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent)
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
