Location & Hours

Location: Manston
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Your Role

As a Commercial Plumber/Multi Trade, you will be an essential part of our maintenance team, working closely with our contract management team to provide cost-effective and efficient solutions. Your contributions will help us meet our contractual commitments and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and improvement works.
• Diagnose and repair faults on systems and plant equipment.
• Install new equipment as required.
• Complete all job packs, reports, and paperwork accurately and on time.
• Utilize IT systems, including tablets, phones, and apps, to support service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

This position is perfect for you if:

• You are a qualified plumber with commercial and M&E experience.
• You hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• You have relevant business experience.
• You are proactive and capable of identifying and reporting faults and issues.
