Your Role
As an Electrical Qualifying Engineer, you’ll play a crucial role in our maintenance team, delivering top-notch electrical services across various client sites. You’ll ensure that our services are safe, efficient, and compliant, all while supporting our commitment to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Perform planned preventative maintenance, reactive repairs, and minor works across client sites.
- Conduct audit checks on in-house electricians and subcontractor electrical works as a Qualifying Supervisor.
- Diagnose and repair faults on electrical systems and equipment to meet service level targets.
- Install new plant and equipment, ensuring all work meets required standards and specifications.
- Maintain accurate records and condition ratings for the asset management database.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You are a fully qualified electrician holding a JIB/ECS Gold card with NVQ Level 3 (C&G 2360/2330/2356/2357/2382).
- You possess 18th Edition BS7671 and 2391 full test and inspection qualifications, along with AM1 and AM2.
- You have experience in electrical maintenance and are working towards or hold EngTech accreditation.
