Location Flexibility

Work Hours

Hours: 40 hours per week, with flexibility available to suit your lifestyle.

Competitive Salary

Salary: Starting from £60k per annum

Are You…?

  • Practically-minded, with a solid foundation in civil, structural, and/or geotechnical engineering principles?
  • A Chartered Engineer (CEng) or possess equivalent experience?

Your Responsibilities

As a Principal Engineer, you will lead the delivery of a wide range of complex construction engineering services, including:

  • Acting as Project Lead for multiple complex projects, managing technical scope, programme, budget, and relationships from bid through to delivery.
  • Producing, checking, and reviewing design outputs such as calculations, sketches, drawings, 3D models, reports, and risk assessments.
  • Contributing to the development of yourself and the wider team, enhancing processes and systems to meet current and future challenges.
