Position Details
Location: Mobile across Greenwich Care Homes (London)
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role
As a Mobile Multi Skilled Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our care home facilities. Your expertise will ensure that our buildings are safe, functional, and welcoming. Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Conducting planned preventative maintenance and compliance tasks, including Legionella testing.
- Diagnosing and repairing faults in building systems such as HVAC, electrical installations, and plumbing.
- Performing fabric maintenance, including carpentry, painting, and general repairs.
- Supporting small refurbishment projects and coordinating with sub-contractors.
- Maintaining accurate documentation and records using our digital systems.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You hold relevant electrical qualifications (Level 3 in Electrical Installations, C&G 236, or 18th Edition).
- You have experience in multi-skilled maintenance across mechanical and fabric work.
- You’re comfortable using digital devices to update work records.
