Location: Trinity School, Lewisham
Hours: 40 hours per week

Your Role
As a Premises Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our school environment is well-maintained and secure. You’ll collaborate closely with the Premises Manager and school staff to support the smooth operation of the premises. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining high standards.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality.
- Perform minor repairs, such as replacing light bulbs, fixing leaky taps, and patching walls.
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues and coordinate with external contractors for larger repairs.
- Assist school staff with porterage tasks, including moving furniture and delivering parcels.
- Maintain site security by managing access points and patrolling the premises.
What We’re Looking For
This role is ideal for you if:
- You have experience in premises management, facilities maintenance, or a similar field.
- You possess a strong understanding of health and safety regulations and can identify potential hazards.
- You are physically capable of handling tasks such as moving equipment and furniture safely.
- You are flexible and willing to work outside regular hours when necessary.
