Location & Hours

Location: Solent office, Southampton (with travel to sites required)
Hours: 40 hours per week (some flexibility available)

Your Role

As a Senior Design Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality design solutions while managing key relationships with clients and consultants. Your expertise will help shape exciting projects and make a meaningful impact in our community.

Key Responsibilities

In this dynamic role, you will:

• Lead and coordinate design activities across multiple projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, design teams, and consultants.
• Ensure design compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications.
• Manage design programmes and monitor progress against key milestones.
• Mentor and support junior team members in their professional development.
