Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic Thames Water framework team based in East Hyde, Bedfordshire. This is your chance to be part of a major project that makes a real difference!

Location & Hours

Location: East Hyde, Bedfordshire - with the possibility of remote working and occasional travel to the office.

Hours: 45 hours per week, with some flexibility available. Just let us know what works for you!

Your Role

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality electrical systems for our Thames Water project, which includes sewage process systems, biomethane, digesters, and sludge works. You’ll be the lead electrical specialist, ensuring that every aspect of the project meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead electrical engineering from inception to completion, collaborating with client engineering and operational teams.
  • Identify preliminary and detailed design requirements, developing practical solutions.
  • Coordinate with suppliers, specialist subcontractors, and in-house teams for seamless project delivery.
  • Take overall responsibility for profit and loss on contracts, ensuring completion of all project-specific reports.
  • Compile final contract documentation for client closeout, including as-built drawings, test sheets, and operation and maintenance manuals.
