Location & Hours

Location: Manston

Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday - Friday)

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our services meet both contractual commitments and customer needs. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance, minor repairs, and improvement works.
• Diagnosing and repairing faults on systems and plant equipment.
• Installing new equipment as required.
• Completing all job packs, reports, and paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Utilizing IT systems, including tablets, phones, and apps, to support service delivery.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

• You are a qualified plumber with commercial and M&E experience.
• You hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification.
• You have relevant business experience.
• You are proactive and capable of identifying and reporting faults and issues.
