Join Our Lifeguard Team at Splash Waterworld!

Are you ready to dive into an exciting opportunity? We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic lifeguards to join our team during school holiday periods throughout the year. At Splash Waterworld, our lifeguards are essential in ensuring that every guest enjoys a fun and safe experience in our pools and on our thrilling flumes.

Safety is our top priority, and we need individuals who possess excellent attention to detail, paired with a warm and engaging approach to customer service. You’ll not only be responsible for safety but also lead and support poolside activities, creating unforgettable moments for our guests!

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor pool areas to ensure guest safety at all times.
• Engage with guests of all ages, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
• Lead poolside activities that enhance the guest experience.
• Respond promptly to any emergencies or incidents.

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly and confident individuals who enjoy interacting with guests.
• Strong swimmers with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to safety.
• Reliable, flexible, and punctual team players who can also work independently.

Our business operates 7 days a week, so flexibility and reliability are essential. You’ll play a crucial role in our team!

If you already hold a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, don’t worry! If you can pass the Butlin’s swim test, we’ll provide you with the training needed to obtain your NPLQ qualification.

Swim Test Requirement

If selected, you’ll be invited to complete the Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
