About the Role
Your primary responsibility will be to keep our guests safe while providing exceptional customer service. Here’s what you can expect:
- Safety First: Your keen attention to detail will help monitor the pool area, especially during busy times.
- Engage and Entertain: Promote and run exciting poolside activities that create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Training Provided: If you have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, we’ll support you through your NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career.
About You
We’re looking for enthusiastic individuals who can connect with a diverse range of people. Here’s what you need to bring:
- Strong Swimmer: You should be confident in the water and able to monitor the pool effectively.
- Attention to Detail: Your focus will ensure the safety of our guests at all times.
- Team Player: You’ll work alongside a fantastic team, but there will be times when you’ll supervise areas independently.
- Flexibility: Our business operates 7 days a week, so reliability and punctuality are essential.
