Your Earnings Potential
Enjoy a competitive base salary of £40,178, with on-target earnings reaching up to £52,000. Plus, with our guaranteed overtime option, you can boost your base salary to £44,385, along with additional overtime and bonus opportunities!
Work Schedule
Work a stable 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and just 1 in 4 Saturdays required. Say goodbye to unpredictable shifts and emergency callouts!

Your Daily Responsibilities
Your day will kick off with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and waiting for you. You’ll be responsible for:
- Routine servicing
- Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
- In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
- Providing member advice and recommendations based on inspections
- Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with RAC standards
From day one, you’ll have everything you need: a fully equipped RAC van, fuel card, uniform, full tool set, and advanced diagnostics.
What You’ll Need
- Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points
