Location & Hours
Location: Central London - Enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to the office required.
Hours: 40 hours per week - We offer some flexibility on hours, just let us know what works for you!

Your Role and Responsibilities
As our Senior Design Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional design solutions. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Leading and coordinating design activities across multiple projects.
- Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients, design teams, and consultants.
- Ensuring design compliance with regulations, standards, and project specifications.
- Managing design programmes and monitoring progress against key milestones.
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members in their professional development.
