About the Role

As a vital part of our team, you won’t just be confined to one department. Instead, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to work across various teams throughout the resort, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time during their stay.

Your primary role as a Lifeguard will be to ensure safety and fun at our Splash Waterworld. Here’s what you can expect:

• Prioritize Safety: Your keen attention to detail will help maintain a safe environment for all guests.
• Engage with Guests: Provide warm and friendly customer service, making every interaction memorable.
• Lead Activities: Support and lead poolside activities that create unforgettable moments for our guests.

About You

We’re looking for a high-spirited, fun-loving multi-tasker who thrives in a dynamic environment. As a Team Member Plus, your week will look like this:

• On Monday and Friday, you’ll be cleaning our accommodations.
• For the rest of your contracted hours, you’ll be working as a lifeguard.

No two days will be the same, and you’ll enjoy the variety of working with different team members and guests. If you already have a lifeguard qualification, that’s fantastic! If not, we’ll provide you with the necessary training through the NPLQ course to kickstart your lifeguarding career.

Swim Test Requirement

To ensure you’re ready for the role, you’ll need to complete and pass a Butlin’s swim test, which includes:

• Swimming 50m in under 75 seconds
• Treading water
• Surface diving
• Climbing out of the pool unaided
