Reporting directly to the Kitchen Manager/Head Chef, you’ll play a crucial role in leading a team of up to 10 talented individuals, all while ensuring our guests leave with a smile!
Your Responsibilities
In this exciting role, you will:
- Support the daily operations of the kitchen, keeping our guests at the heart of every decision.
- Assist in resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build an exceptional team.
- Monitor guest experiences and develop action plans for continuous improvement.
- Manage food cost budgets through effective menu planning and adherence to cooking standards.
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

- Experience in a similar role, or a desire to advance your career in the kitchen.
- A Level 3 Food Safety qualification.
