About the Role
At Butlin's, we believe in the power of getting involved, and as a Team Member Plus, that's exactly what you'll do! This dynamic role allows you to work across various departments, ensuring our guests have an unforgettable experience.
No two days will be the same! You'll kick off your week by cleaning guest accommodations on Mondays and Fridays, while the rest of your week will take you into exciting areas such as:
- Sports & Activities
- Restaurants & Quick-Serve Food
- Buffets, Bars & Shops
- The Fairground
Sometimes, you may even find yourself working in multiple areas in a single day!

About You
We’re on the lookout for enthusiastic, fun-loving multi-taskers who thrive on learning new skills and collaborating with others. No prior experience is necessary; what truly matters is your positive attitude, energy, and a genuine passion for making a difference in our guests' lives.
When you join us, you’ll benefit from a comprehensive 90-day induction plan and a buddy to help you settle in. This role offers you invaluable hands-on experience in some of our most guest-facing areas, perfect for anyone aspiring to build a career in hospitality.
If you have any of the following qualifications, we’d love to hear from you:
- FA Level 1 Football
- Archery GB ERCA
- High Ropes
- NCPLH Personal Licence Qualification
The Details
- Full-time role: 30-35 hours per week
- Schedule: Worked across 5 days out of 7, including evenings and weekends
- Live-in accommodation: Available for those relocating
- Age requirement: Must be over 18
