Join Our Team as a Lifeguard at Splash Waterworld!
Welcome to Splash Waterworld, one of the most vibrant and exhilarating spots on our resort! Here, you’ll find thrilling flumes, high-speed slides, and a variety of swimming zones filled with guests enjoying their time. As a Lifeguard, you’ll be at the heart of the action!
Your role goes beyond just monitoring the pool. You’ll ensure that guests are having a fantastic time while keeping everyone safe. Whether you’re supervising the slides, watching over the wave pool, or leading poolside activities, you’ll be creating unforgettable moments and building genuine connections with our guests.
The Details:
- Position: Full-time Lifeguard
- Hours: 35 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7
- Availability: Includes evenings and weekends
- Accommodation: Live-in options available for those relocating
About You:
We’re on the lookout for energetic, responsible individuals who thrive in a lively environment. You should be calm under pressure, communicate effectively, and work well within a team. This role can be busy and physically demanding, so being alert and ready to dive in is essential!
To Join Our Team, You’ll Need:
- To be a strong and confident swimmer
- To be aged 18 or over
- Excellent awareness and attention to detail
- Confidence in responding to emergency situations
No NPLQ? No problem! If you have the right attitude and strong swimming skills, we’ll support you in obtaining your National Pool Lifeguard Qualification before you start.
While previous experience in leisure, hospitality, or a waterpark environment is a plus, we’re primarily looking for individuals with the right energy, personality, and passion for guest experience. If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you. Go on, take the plunge!
