Are you ready to make a difference? We’re looking for a Site Agent to join our dynamic Southern Water team in the beautiful South East. This is your chance to play a vital role in delivering exceptional water infrastructure projects that impact millions of households!

Hours
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) with some flexibility on hours available. Just let us know your preferences when we chat!

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Site Agent, you will be at the forefront of our water and wastewater projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Managing site resources, including labour, materials, and equipment, while monitoring monthly costs.
- Ensuring full compliance with health and safety regulations through regular site inspections.
- Coordinating with clients, consultants, and local authorities for smooth project delivery.
- Maintaining accurate site records, including progress reports, risk assessments, and safety documentation.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if:
- You have experience as a Site Agent or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- You can read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
- You possess strong leadership skills to effectively manage site teams and subcontractors.
- You have in-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
- You hold a full driving licence and are willing to travel to various construction sites.
