Your Role and Responsibilities

As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in supporting our commercial activities across a diverse range of projects. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Assist the Quantity Surveyor with all commercial matters, including contract administration and record keeping.
• Help with the appointment of contractors and subcontractors, and place orders for materials and plant.
• Support the negotiation and agreement of contract variations with customers and suppliers.
• Contribute to the measurement and valuation of work to facilitate invoicing and payments.
• Assist in developing and managing commercial relationships with customers, contractors, and subcontractors.
