Join Our Team as a Field Sales Consultant!
Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are on the lookout for a talented and collaborative Field Sales Consultant to join our dynamic On-Trade Leased & Tenanted Pub Team. Based in Wiltshire, this home-based role offers exciting travel opportunities and the chance to be part of a growing sector!
What You’ll Be Doing
As a key player in our team, you will:
- Drive New Business: Focus on acquiring new leased & tenanted customers for Brakes while ensuring they meet our minimum spend criteria.
- Retain & Grow Accounts: Nurture and expand relationships with existing key customers.
- Build Strong Relationships: Collaborate with our dedicated telephone account managers to effectively manage leads.
- Uncover Opportunities: Work proactively with external Pub Co area managers to identify new opportunities within their pub estates.
- Innovate & Improve: Suggest innovations to enhance our L&T deals, solidifying our position as the #1 foodservice wholesaler in the UK.
- Implement Strategic Plans: Execute territory plans as outlined by your line manager.

- Skilled in Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with various stakeholders effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Excel & PowerPoint for organized planning, with Salesforce experience being a plus.
