Are you ready to take on an exciting new role that puts you at the heart of our operations? The Supervisor Plus position at Butlin's is not just a job; it's an incredible opportunity to lead a dynamic team and ensure our guests have an unforgettable experience!

Your Role

As the main point of contact for your team, you will be the operational driver of success, ensuring high standards and compliance across the department. Reporting to the Manager, you'll play a crucial role in fulfilling daily operational plans and managing fluctuating guest demands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership: Be hands-on in ensuring your team effectively meets all key tasks and objectives.
  • Coaching & Development: Support and coach your team to achieve targets, including retail upselling and promotions.
  • Quality Assurance: Oversee CAFF audits in accommodation and other departmental audits to maintain high standards.
  • Guest Experience: Monitor guest feedback and NPS, taking action to enhance their experience.
  • Communication Champion: Ensure clear communication between management and your team, executing plans effectively.
  • People Support: Manage onboarding and employee lifecycle tasks, fostering a supportive environment.

Focus Areas

In addition to your accommodation responsibilities, you'll also support our Buffets, Bars & Shops, and Restaurants & QSRs. Here’s what you’ll focus on:

Buffets

  • Food Safety Champion: Maintain the highest standards of food safety and hygiene.
  • Warm Dining Experience: Ensure guests feel welcomed and well looked after.
  • Team Development: Provide on-shift coaching to enhance team capabilities.

Bars & Shops

  • Sales Driving: Maximize Spend Per Head through effective coaching and team engagement.
  • Queue Management: Proactively adjust team roles to minimize wait times.
  • Stock Practices: Ensure strong stock control and compliance with procedures.

Restaurants & QSRs

  • Food Safety Leadership: Uphold food safety standards and compliance checks.
  • Guest Engagement: Create a friendly atmosphere and resolve concerns promptly.
  • Upselling Strategies: Coach the team to recommend add-ons and enhance guest satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to coach and support your team in achieving objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong focus on audits and compliance activities.
  • Guest-Facing Experience: Comfortable handling queries and complaints with professionalism.
  • Sales Experience: Ability to generate new opportunities through promotions and initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing requirements.
