What We Offer
Competitive Salary: Start with a base salary of £38,625, with the potential to earn up to £50,000 through bonuses and overtime.
Guaranteed Overtime: After your first month, opt-in for guaranteed overtime at £30 per hour. Just one extra day a month could boost your earnings by £3,000 annually!
Flexible Working Hours: Enjoy a 40-hour work week with core hours from 8:30 AM to 5 PM, plus 1 in 4 Saturdays.
Tools for Success: We provide everything you need to hit the ground running, including your own RAC van, fuel card, uniform, essential tools, and diagnostic kit.

Qualifications Needed
- Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as a vehicle technician.
- A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
