Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We’re on the lookout for a Building Services Manager to join our dynamic Build Team in the vibrant London Region. Enjoy the flexibility of remote working, with occasional travel to the office.

Location & Hours

Location: London (Remote working available with occasional office visits required)

Hours: Full Time, Permanent (Some flexibility on hours available—just let us know during our conversation!)

Your Role

As a Building Services Manager, you’ll be an integral part of our team, providing expert technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborating closely with our build teams, you’ll ensure high-quality service delivery while fostering positive relationships with stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Manage the selection process for specialist sub-contractors from our trusted supply chain.
  • Oversee the commissioning process and ensure compliance of as-built and maintenance documentation.
  • Compile and present summary reports to the Technical Director on team project supervision.
  • Review technical submittals from sub-contractors with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ensure installation quality meets our high standards through regular inspections.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if:

  • You have experience in a similar building services management position.
  • You’re familiar with main contracting environments and managing specialist sub-contract partners, especially on projects for the Department for Education.
  • You have a proven track record in delivering large Building Services packages valued at £5M+.
  • You’re a collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.
  • You’re passionate about quality and customer satisfaction.
