Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 08:00 am to 17:00 pm

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Building Services Engineer, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring we meet our contractual obligations and deliver exceptional service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, diagnosing faults, and undertaking repairs.
  • Liaising with the Contracts Manager to ensure all contract conditions are met.
  • Building strong client relationships through clear and effective communication.
  • Monitoring helpdesk jobs and ensuring quality assurance inspections are completed.
  • Attending meetings with senior management and clients, and completing reports as required.

What We’re Looking For

This role is perfect for you if you:

  • Have practical experience in electrical work.
  • Hold a recognised apprenticeship, NVQ, or equivalent qualification.
  • Possess knowledge of statutory requirements and current legislation.
  • Have a full driving licence.
