In this pivotal role, you’ll be instrumental in delivering commercial excellence on one of the UK’s most significant infrastructure projects.

Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary starting from £65,000 per year, along with:

Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll be at the forefront of managing commercial resources. Your day-to-day tasks will include:
- Maximizing planned gross margin through effective contract control
- Preparing and submitting valuations, claims, and contract performance data
- Assessing and mitigating commercial and contractual risks
- Maximizing cash flow through measurement, valuation, and invoicing processes
- Valuing subcontractor work and certifying interim and final payments
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you possess:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the construction or highways sector
- A relevant qualification, such as a Degree or HNC in Quantity Surveying (desirable)
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication skills to build and maintain positive working relationships
- A well-organized approach with proven time management skills
