About the Role
As a key player in our Structures & Geotechnical team, you will contribute to the delivery of complex Civil & Structural Permanent Works services. Your expertise will ensure that our solutions are not only safe and buildable but also compliant at every stage. Your Responsibilities
In your role as a Senior Structural Technician, you will:
- Produce BIM models, 3D designs, and 2D CAD drawings using REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD to support tenders and project delivery.
- Check and coordinate building structures information in a quality assurance environment.
- Support bid and tender activities, including feasibility studies and concept design development.
- Undertake site inspections to ensure compliance with CDM Regulations and British/European Standards.
- Contribute to design deliverables, including calculations, reports, and risk assessments.
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree (construction-related) or HNC/BTEC in Structural/Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction.
- Have extensive experience producing building structures models and drawings compliant with CDM Regulations and relevant standards.
- Possess strong knowledge of reinforced concrete detailing and scheduling to relevant standards.
- Are highly capable in REVIT, Navisworks, and AutoCAD on building structures projects.
- Hold a Full driving licence.

Working Conditions
Location: Norfolk - with some agile working options available.
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours is available, just let us know when you speak to us.
